Each three-hour session consists of three parts, and each week you can mix-and-match to create the ultimate session that's right for you...
Songwriting
Anyone can write a song. Regardless of how proficient you are as a musician, you can do it! Our friendly music crew will help guide on creativity, lyrics, arrangements, and recording. You'll learn how to create songs, record songs, and publish songs. You'll meet like-minded people who also love music, and you'll learn about some of the greatest songwriters and musicians in the world who can inspire your own creativity. We also connect our songwriters with other musicians to form collaborations and bands (if that's something you're looking for).
Jam Sessions
If you love performing live (or if you want to feel more confident about performing), then our jam sessions are for you. We match musicians of similar skill levels to collaborate and perform. That could be anything from a duo to a full-on band. Our music crew help guide and inspire with advice on arrangements, song choices, stagecraft and more. If you want, you'll end up playing your own composition or cover songs with other musicians on stage in front of a friendly live audience. Through our industry and local connections, we can also help young performers with more advanced on-stage opportunities that give them their first steps into gigging.
Backstage
If you're also interested in life off stage or about the industry in general, you can join one of our curated sessions about music, great songs and the music industry. These include:

- Hearing from music industry experts
- Working with our crew to get your music heard (if that's something you're aspiring to do)
- Working with our crew to build you band's brand, designing posters, T-shirts and other merchandise that can be shared at our end-of-term Gig Night.
