The Studio is a Saturday morning music club
for 13-to-18 year olds who want to play, perform, learn and talk about music.
From 10am to 1pm on ten term-time Saturdays, we provide a space and support to create, perform and form friendships through music. Our team of passionate music mentors encourage and inspire young people to collaborate and create. We also help young musicians publish their work and develop their band image (if that's something they want to do). Plus, we bring in industry experts for inspirational speeches and Q&A sessions about music and the music business.
Then, at the end of each term, we host The Studio Gig Night where our bands and songwriters can perform, or have their songs played to a live audience.
With our values of support, creativity and encouragement at the heart of The Studio, it's a great place for young people who love music and want to develop their sound alongside other like-minded musicians.

If you love making music, then The Studio is for you.
We give you the opportunity to meet, create, learn and develop - all through the power of music.
You'll already be able to play your instrument of know how to sing, but then it's up to you.
At The Studio, you choose what you want to do - write songs, create a band, or perform music - and we connect you with our proficient, friendly musicians, as well as other members of The Studio to help you do just that.
